TITLE: MAINTENANCE PERSON BASIC FUNCTION: To trouble shoot operating mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment. In addition to handle scheduled and special projects as required. PERSONALITY CRITERIA: To demonstrate a friendly personality and a positive attitude towards all fellow employees and guests, as shown through pleasant communication skills and a willingness to provide assistance. It is important to note that a friendly personality and a positive attitude is an important criteria to fulfilling your duties in addition to your job related skills. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The Maintenance Person works under the direct supervision of the *Building Manager. In the event of his absence, and in the case of emergency, the Maintenance Person reports to the Manager on Duty. If in need of further assistance contact the Operations Manager/General Manager.
