Pick Up Instructions
Upon arrival at 21 Old Mill Rd on your scheduled Pick Up Date and Time, please enter the Roundabout Driveway (Chapel Entrance in the picture above), aiming for your designated pick up time. The driveway operates as a One-Way route, accessible from the West End of Old Mill Rd (near the Subway). Our staff will be present outside to guide you through the process. Allow approximately 10 minutes for the pickup process, as some time windows may be busier than others. A team member will approach your vehicle for contactless curb-side pick up.
Upon Arrival
- Follow the instructions of our guides and move your vehicle as directed.
- Remain in your vehicle and await an Old Mill Toronto team member.
- Share your name and pickup time.
- Your ordered items will be placed in your vehicle; simply open the trunk.
No cancellations or refunds.
Please remember that all Meal packages will be handed to you ‘cold’ and food must be reheated at home.
Reheating instructions will be provided to you at the time of pickup.
